About the opportunity
The EY Consulting Graduate Program in Hong Kong and Greater China immerses you in live advisory engagements, transforming you into a client-ready consultant through structured mentorship, cross-border teamwork, and accelerated tech training.
What you’ll do
- Project Team Support: Collaborate effectively inside multi-disciplinary advisory teams, sharing project duties, tracking milestones, and updating senior team leads on deliverables.
- Client & Meeting Preparation: Help organize client workshops, gather background research, and participate directly in discovery or status meetings with client management teams.
- Business Development & Networking: Support internal pursuit decks, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration with other EY lines of service (Assurance, Tax, Strategy and Transactions).
Requirements
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical learning.
- Clear communication and an interest in the industry.
- University projects and internship experience are welcome.
