About the opportunity

The New Analyst Program is a premier full-time program designed for final-year undergraduate and graduate students. It aims to help new graduates smoothly transition into professional roles through structured training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the firm's global businesses. As a new analyst, you will participate in comprehensive onboarding and professional development while working alongside experienced professionals across various divisions, learning how the firm operates and building career-enhancing skills.

What you’ll do

• Learn the intricacies of the firm's operations and how Goldman Sachs does business across its global landscape.
• Gain and continuously develop the professional, technical, and communication skills necessary to actively support and drive results in your specific business area.
• Work dynamically within your team and collaborate with colleagues across various business units, which may include Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Engineering, Global Investment Research, FICC and Equities, Risk, Operations, or Global Compliance.
• Actively build your professional network and cultivate important relationships with colleagues and mentors across different divisions and regions.
