About the opportunity

The Google MBA Internship is a highly competitive, 10-to-12-week summer program designed to give exceptional graduate students a front-row seat to innovation. As an MBA intern, you won't just be shadowing—you will be placed at the heart of our business operations, tackling high-priority strategic challenges. Interns are matched to teams across various business areas, which may include Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Marketing, or Cloud Sales. You will own a dedicated, high-impact project from day one, culminating in a final presentation of your strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute a core strategic project from ideation to completion over the course of the summer, driving measurable business impact.
• Analyze complex market trends, financial data, and user metrics to uncover insights, evaluate new business models, or optimize existing operations.
• Partner dynamically with diverse, cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to synthesize diverse viewpoints and build consensus.
