About the opportunity

The Global Private Bank Analyst/Associate Program is an immersive, early-career development journey designed to cultivate the next generation of wealth management leaders. You will be exposed to every facet of the global private bank, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. Participants typically align with one of two core tracks: the Advisor Track (client-facing wealth management) or the Investment Solutions Track (research, strategy, and portfolio management). The program begins with a regional orientation, followed by an intensive global training experience in New York, setting the foundation for long-term career progression and offering unprecedented access to senior executives and a global peer network.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with an experienced group of advisors and wealth specialists to attract new clients and provide exceptional, tailored service to existing ones.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' unique financial goals to help structure comprehensive solutions covering the full lifecycle of client advice.
• Work directly with investment specialists to research, analyze, and develop global investment strategies and macroeconomic opportunities for clients.
• Assist in advising on innovative financial strategies and the active construction and rebalancing of multi-asset investment portfolios.
