About the opportunity

The McKinsey Business Analyst (BA) Program is the primary entry-level full-time consulting role for undergraduate degree holders, recent graduates (typically with less than 4 years of work experience), and non-MBA master's degree students.

What you’ll do

• You join a client-service team (typically 3 to 5 consultants) and take direct ownership of an independent piece or workstream of a larger project.
• You gather and analyze data, run financial or operational models in Excel, conduct expert/client interviews, and test strategic hypotheses.
