What you’ll do

• Successfully complete a series of cross-functional and cross-desk rotations within your designated business stream to gain a holistic view of the bank’s operations, products, and client lifecycles.
• Take ownership of designated projects, ranging from process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to market research and sustainable finance product development.
• Work dynamically with international teams, leveraging Standard Chartered’s global network to deliver seamless, cross-border financial solutions to corporate, institutional, or retail clients.
• Maintain a strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and risk management protocols, embedding the bank’s ethical standards into everyday business practices.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or equivalent practical learning.
• Clear communication and an interest in the industry.
• University projects and internship experience are welcome.
