About the opportunity
HSBC's graduate program is designed to shape the future leaders of international banking. Over 18 to 24 months, you will undertake structured rotations across different teams within your chosen business stream. This fast-track development pathway combines on-the-job training, mentorship from senior executives, peer networking, and technical skill development to prepare you for a permanent, high-impact role at HSBC.
What you’ll do
- Complete 3 to 4 cross-team rotations to build a holistic understanding of the business stream.
- Assist in relationship management, draft credit proposals, conduct market research, or deliver technical project milestones.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable business recommendations.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical learning.
- Clear communication and an interest in the industry.
- University projects and internship experience are welcome.
